ATTENTION: Document Control Clerk It has ccme to our attention that some recent revisions to Big Rock Point's Volume 9 Site Emergency Plan have been erroneously sent to the U.S.N.R.C.
Incident Response Center, Bethesda, Maryland. We show your department as delinquent in returning transmittal #014415 issued 10/21/87. Therefore, we are re-issuing the revisions that accompanied that transmittal (all Revision 83) as well as the later issue (Rev. 84).
Please insert them in your manual and discard previous revision.
Then return this letter to Big Rock Point's Document Control Center as verification that you have received the enclosed revisions and inserted them in your manual, copy-holder #97.

VOLUME 9 BIG ROCK POINT PLANT SITE EMERGENCY PLAN Chapters 1,2,6,7 and Appendices D, E, J and P all Revision 83 Chapter 3, Revision 84 I have received the above revisions and inserted them in our copy of Volume 9.
