Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Revision to the TMI Modified Amended Physical Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to submit, pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), Revision 38 of the Modified Amended Physical Security Plan for Three Mile Island. Revision 38 became effective on July 31,1998.
Please replace Revision 37 and Addenda 1 of the Modified Amended Physical Security Plan with the attached Revision 38. Three copies of this letter and attachments are also enclosed. The changes incorporated in the revision to the plan have been implemented in accordance with 1
10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease its effectiveness. A summary of the plan changes are included as Attachment 1.
