NRC-32-83482 FOR RADIATION MONITORING PROGRAM The period of performance of the subject Agreement expired on June 30,1998, in accordance with OMB Circular A102," Grants and Cooperative Agreements with State and Local Govemments," and the terms of the Agreement we require the following items to close this Agreement.

In turn, the State may l
not make any charge to the NRC for any depreciation, amortization or use charges with respect to the subject property. The NRC has relinquished all ownership rights to the aforementioned property.
