Semiannual Gentlemen:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) con-formed copies of the twentieth Semiannual Report of Operations for the Big Rock Point Plant. This report covers the period January 1, 1974 through June 30, 1974.
Included also, as Attachment A,Section IX, is a tabulation of the number of personnel receiving more than 500 mrem exposure in the reporting period according to duty function for the period of July 1,1973 through December 31, 1973, which was inadvertently omitted from the nineteenth Semiannual Report of Operations.
