The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding under t:iis contract of

$41,000.00. The total amount obligated under this contract will therefore be increased by

$41,000.00 from $185,000.00 to $226,000.00. Therefore, the following change is made under this contract:

Section B.2, paragraph b., first sentence is modified to read as follows:
