This refers to your July 6,1998, response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) transmitted to you with inspection Report 70-7002/98-204, dated June 5,1998. We have reviewed your response to the NOV and determined that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. In your response, you acknowledged the cited violation, but disagreed with example 3 (RE: PR PTS-97-10519) as l

being properly dispositioned. We have reviewed your response and basis for disagreement i
