$12,915.83 no longer needed for performance of this contract. Accordingly the contract is hereby modified as follows:

As a result of the deobligation of $12,915.83 in excess funds under this contract, the estimated cost of the contract is hereby decreased as shown below.
It is also decreased by $5,529 for full performance estimated cost for which funds were not allotted to the contract (difference between total funded amount and total estimated full performance amount on mod 6).

$12,915.83 is hereby deobligated from this contract.
As a result of this deobligation and the adjustment for unallotted funds in item #1 above, Section B.3 entitled " Consideration and Obligation - Cost Plus Fixed Fee (JUN 1988) Alternate I (JUN 1991)" is hereby replaced by the following Section B.3:
B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988)
(a) The total estimated. cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $1,212,084.17 of which the sum of $1,159,753.17 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $52,331 represents the fixed fee.
(b) There shall be no adjustment in the. amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
(c) The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,212,084.17.
(End of Clause) 3.
Section F.6 entitled " Duration of Contract Alternate 4" is hereby replaced with the following Section F.6:
F.6 DURATION OF CONTRAT The period for this contract shall commence on September 30,1996 and will expire on May 1 1,. 1 9 9 8,.
(END-OF-CLAUSE) 4.
