Dear Sir:
In Reference 1, the NRC staff requested additional information regarding a proposed amendment to the Indian Point 3 Physical Security Plan (Reference 2).
Reference 1 further requested that the Authority make additional changes to the Plan.
The Authority has revised the Security Plan to incorporate the changes requested.
A copy of the revised pages is attached.
Also attached is a summary of the changes and an implementation schedule.
This information is identified as Safeguards Information and proprietary information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790(d)(1).
