i We have reviewed your October 22, 1987 changes to your night qualifications j course as directed by our letter of September 14, 1987. We find these changes j acceptable and you may proceed to amend your guard training qualifications plan.

Further, we have determined that these changes are consistent with the 1 provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).

l Accordingly, we are hereby amending Safeguards Amendment SG-1 to your License /I SNU 368 by revising License Condition 9.1.C, effective immediately, as reflected l in the enclosure to this letter. I i

We note the enclosure to your October 22, 1987 letter is improperly marked i Safeguards Information (SGI). If your training and qualification plan contains

sensitive information, it should be considered (Confidential]) National Security j Information or, if not sensitive, then perhaps no type of control is necessary. l We would also suggest that 2.790(d) be considered. l l
