Section 71.12 of 10 CFR Part 71 requires as a condition of general license l
provisions an approved quality assurance (QA) program based upon the criteria j
l of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71. Accordingly, we are unable to register you l
for use of the packages requested at this time.
It will be necessary for you to obtain a valid QA program prior to the registration as a package user or the delivery of licensed material to a carrier for transport pursuant to 10 j
CFR Part 71.
