l Operating Procedures
- 1. The last item under Section 5.2.1 should be revised to explicitly exclude the gasket surface from the criteria accepting rust spots no larger than one square inch.
- 2. Should add a statement to Sectica 5.1.2 regarding gasket inspection and acceptance criteria.
- 3. The instruction under Section 5.1.4 should also state a maximum torque requirement to preclude failure due to over-torquing.
- 4. Section 5.1.4 shculd contain a statement indicating compliance with l 10 CFR Q71.89.
