50-312/ REGULATORY EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW
Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
On September 30,
- 1987, the District received the above Inspection Report.
In the cover letter, the District was directed to respond to the items identified in the Report.
The District's response is enclosed as an attachment.
It contains the Short Term and Long Term Resolutions to the areas identified in the Report.
We have determined that the attachment contains Safeguards Information and therefore, is subject to the controls of 10CFR73.21.
In accordance with - Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of our safeguards and security measures are exempt from public disclosure.
Therefore, the enclosed attachment must not be placed in the Public Document Room and must receive limited distribution.
