Dear Mr. Stipek:
This refers to your letter dated July 28,1998,in response to the Notice of Violation the NRC sent you on July 8,1998. In your letter, you accepted the NRC finding that you violated 10 CFR 50.5(a)(2), noted that you were terminated by your employer, stated that you do not plan to resume working in the nuclear industry, and indicated that you understand the l
importance of complying with the NRC requirements. The NRC has received your response, and we have no further questions.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
