We have received your application to amend Certificate of Compliance for the Portsmouth, Ohio Gasecus Diffusion Plant (GDP-2) transmitted by letter dated May 26,1998, by revising the TSR Section 2.1.3.9, Low Cylinder Pressure Shutoff, to reflect an improved description of the system operation through changes to the Surveillance Requirements and the Basis Statement wording to accommodate instrumentation drift. Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32080.
