Operating License No. DPR 73 Docket No. 50-320 Technical Specification Change Request No. 53 - Revision 3 Enclosed is one signed original and 37 copies of Revision 3 to Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No. 53 which requests amendment to Operating Licensing No. DPR-73. This document was originally submitted via GPU Nuclear letter 4410-87-L-0042 dated April 23, 1987, and revised by GPU Nuclear letters 4410-87-L-0152 dated October 26, 1987, and 4410-87-L-0167 dated November 9, 1987. This revision deletes from the Technical Specifications the requirement for an NRC-approved Radiation Protection Plan.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for proposed TSCR 53 - Revision 3.
An application fee, per the requirements of 10 CFR 170, was previously submitted via the above referenced letters.
