OF EVENTS For Cause:

One Licensed Operator tested positive for Amphetamine.

Pre-Access:

One Short-Term Contractor tested positive for Alcohol.

Random:

One Security Guard tested positive for Marijuana.

One Co-op Stud.snt tested positive for Codeine.

SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS in the three-week period following the FFD failure of the Licensed Operator, over fifty percent of the plant population size was tested. Of the tests conducted in the three-week period, one Security Guard tested positive for marijuana.

RANDOM TESTING RATE The random testing rate for this period was 87 percent.
