Generic Letter 95-05, " Voltage-Based Repair Criteria for the Repair of Westinghouse Steam Generator Tubes Affected by Outside Diameter Stress Corrosion Cracking," requires the submittal of an associated report within 90 days of the restart following a steam generator inspection. The required non-proprietary report for the spring 1998 Farley Unit 2 steam generator inspection is attached.

By letter dated Feb>uary 5,1998, the NRC staff requested additional infonnation concerning the 90-day report submitted on March 7,1997 for Farley Unit 2. The response to the first question 3
was provided by Southern Nuclear letter dated March 9,1998. The responses to the remaining i
five questions are provided in the attached 904y report.
