Dear Mr. Gipson:
A letter resolving the findings of the subject inspection was issued on July 15,1998. The letter
correctly described the closure of the inspection issues on response time testing as a non-cited
violation of the requirement to perform an adequate safety evaluation. As I discussed with you

on August 3,1998, a Notice of Violation was inadvertently enclosed with that letter. Please
replace the previous letter with the attached revised letter.
