The subject contract expired on September 13,1996, and we are initiating closeout action.
1-Please submit your expiration / completion invoice for the final billing period under the contract for provisional reimbursement, as provided for in the contract, in an original and three copies to:

Washington, D.C. 20555 if you have previously submitted your expiration / completion final invoice, please include the date t
and number of such invoice in your reply.
Also, please complete the following forms / reports / documents if applicable to, or required by, your contract. If negative reports are appropriate, you should provide statements to that effect.
These items should be retumed to the above address within fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter.
O Indirect rate proposal for establishment 'of final rades (copy to your cognizant audit agency)
O Property Certification form / inventory-Schedule B a Patents, Copyrights and Royalty reports a Final / Contractor's Release O Genenal Assignment if the NRC requires a final cos* determination under the contract, we will notify you when it is completed and will ask you to submit your final invoice, Final Release, and General Assignment, at that time.
