l The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) exercise the second option year under the subject contract, thereby extending the period of performance from June 6,1998 to June 6,1999, in accordance with Contract Clause 1.6 - Option To Extend The Term of The Contract (MAR 1989). All work to be performed by the contractor under the subject modification shall be performed at the fixed unit prices reflected under Contract Clause B.3 - Schedule of Prices / Costs, Subparagraph B.3.c. -
Option Year Two.
(2) as a result of the abov6, the ceiling amount of the subject contract is increased by
$87,530.00 from $201,785.74 to 1289,315.7.4.

letter dated August 6,1998, which ir, attached to this modification and made a part hereof.
Accordingly, the following chanp'.ss are hereby made:

Under Section B, Parsgraph B.4 - Consideration and Obligation-DELIVERY ORDERS
. (JUN 1968), Subparagraph (a) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the followi'eg:

The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services i
order.sd, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $289,315.74. The Cor.tracting Officer may unilaterally increase this amount as necessary for orders te be placed with the contractor during the contract period provided such orders 3
are within any maximum ordering limitation prescribed under this contract."

Under Section F, Paragraph F.2 - Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE 4

(JUN 1988) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.2 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE 4 (JUN 1988)
The ordering period for this contract shall commence on June 7,1996 and will expire on June 6,1999. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time q
specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.)
Tha term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Govemment for an additional three one-year option periods."

Under Section 1, Paragraph I.3 - 52.216-18 ORDERING (OCT 1995), Subparagraph (a) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"I.3 52.216-18 ORDERING (OCT 1995)
(a)
Any supplies and services to be fumished under this contract shall e ordered by issuance of delivery orders or task orders by the individuals or activities designated in the Schedule. Such orders may be issued from June 7,1996 through June 6,1999.*
This modification obligates no funding.
All other terms and conditions under this contract remains unchanged.
