In the referenced letter Westinghouse committed to comply with the requirements of 10CFR Section 2.790 to provide proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the Equipment Qualification WCAP's with an Affidavit and Application for Withholding as soon as the proprietary information had been specifically identified.
Enclosed are:
1.
Five (5) copies of WCAP-10856 Revision 0 " Westinghouse NSSS Mechanical Equipment for the Georgia Power Company Plant Vogtle Unit 1" (Propietary).
2.
Five (5) copies of WCAP-11665 Revision 0 " Westinghouse NSSS Mechanical Equipment Qualification for Georgia Power Company Plant Vogtle Unit 1" (Non-Proprietary).
Also enclosed is a
Westinghouse Application for Withholding, CAW-87-124, Accompanying Affidavit, and Proprietary Information Notice.
As this submittal contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information.
The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the rh considerations listed in paragraph (b) (4) of Section 2.790 of MA the Commission's regulations.
