" Point Beach Unit 2 Steam Generator Sleeving Report" (Non-Proprietary). Also enclosed is a Westinghouse l authorization letter, CAW-87-100, Proprietary Information 1
Notice, and accompanying affidavit.
The prior sleeving program at Point Beach was performed in accordance with WCAP-9960, Revision 1, " Point Beach Steam )
Generator Sleeving Report" (Proprietary). WCAP-11573 and WCAP-ll754 are intended to supplement the previous report.
As WCAP-11573 contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit cats l forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from i public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with l specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (h)(4) of Section 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
It is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to Westinghor.se be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with I'0 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations.
