In accordance with your August 6,1998, request, enclosed for the NRC's review, as part of the lil-STAR 100 storage application review, is one (1) uncontrolled copy'of the Holtec International Quality Assurance Manual (HQAM), Revision 10. The HQAM is the top-tier quality assurance document for Holtec International's quality assurance program.
The HQAM is currently undergoing an intemal review and revision to update the overall program. The revision process is scheduled for completion by October 31,1998.
