EXPlRATION OF CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-92-040 ENTITLED, MAINTENANCE OF THE TRAC-BWR THERMAL-HYDRAULIC SIMULATION COMPUTER CODE FOR REACTOR TRANSIENTS" The subject contract expired on June 15,1997, and we are initiating closeout action. Please submit your expiration / completion invoice for the final billing period under the contract for provisional reimbursement, as provided for in the contract, in an original and three copies to:
U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Division of Contracts and Property Management Office of Administration CLOSEOUT, MS T-712 Washington, D.C. 20555 If you have previously submitted your expiration / completion final invoice, please include the date and number of such invoice in your reply.
Also, please complete the following forms / reports / documents if applicable to, or required by, your contract. If negative reports are appropriate, you should provide statements to that affect.
These items should be returned to the above address within fifteen (15) days of the date of this letter.
