DEOBLIGATION OF FUNDS UNDER TASK ORDER NOS. 34,42,43,44,45,46, 47, AND 48 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-94-035 h
Dear Ms. Sandert:
j The subject task orders have expired. According to our records, there are funds remaining under these task orders which are unexpended. Pending expiration of all active task orders and completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate the excess funds for other immediate agency requirements. The attached list reflects the task order number, modification number, accounting and appropriation data, the deobligation amount, expended amount, and the fee withheld relevant to each task order being modified.
Enclosed for your review and signature are three presigned copies of the modification which deobligates the excess funds remaining in the aforementioned task orders. You are requested to retum two (2) copies and retain one (1) fully executed copy for your files, A unilateral modification will be issued if a satisfactory response is not received within ten (10) work days of your receipt of this second notice.
