Revisions to the Emergency Procedures Document In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (q) and 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (5) Con Edison submits herewith a controlled copy of page changes to Book 2 of the Emergency Procedures Document (EPD) for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2.

These changes do not reduce the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan and the Emergency Plan as a whole continues to meet the standards of 50.47 (b) and the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR 50.

As recommended in Generic Letter 81-27, entitled " Privacy and Proprietary Materials in Emergency Plans," the following pages, as marked, are des-ignated as Proprietary:
