The Director of Security, BG6E, notified IE:I (King of Prussia) that Prince Hassan, the King's brother, would visit the Calvert Cliffs site to observe a reactor in operation and a reactor under con.struction.

The visit was arranged by the Department of State. No publicity is wanted by the State Department.

The prince will arrive by helicopter outside the security area.
His security agents will carry weapons at all times.
