1 Westinghouse notified Region I on November 14, 1975, that arrangements
{
have been made to load the shipment of mixed oxide fuel' fro'm Westinghouse 4
m PFDL at Weapon Station, Earle, New Jersey, on November 17, 1975.
This is the last port of call in the Unitpd States.

l The shipment will probably move by truck from Westinghouse PFDL late Sunday night, November 16, 1975. Region I, Philadelphia, will conduct j
j a security inspection of the shipment at Earle, New Jersey.
GAO repre-1 sentatives will be informed of the new schedule but Region I does not expect GAO to observe this shipment.

Media interest is not expected but is possible because of recent events surrounding this shipment.
The State of New Jersey has not been informed.
J A press release is not planned.
