Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 3 Under Contract No. NRC-26-93-289
Dear Mr. Athey:
i The subject _Tcsk Order expired on April 8, 1998, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all 1 required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 3 of this contract for other immediate agency requirements.
Tharefore, the' purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with respect to Task Order No. 3 by $12,881.11 from
$266,745.00 to $253,863.89.
Accordingly, Task Order No. 3 is hereby revised as follows:
Under Modification No.
2,' dated, November 28, 1997, the second paragraph is deleted in its' entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The total amount presently obligated !y the Government with respect to this task order is $253,863.89 of which
$235,059.15 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and
$18,804.74 represents the fixed fee."
