The subject contract expired on April 29, 1998, and we are initiating closeout action.

However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements.

Therefore, enclosed for your review and exect' tion are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligating excess funds in the amount of $53,166.22.
