- The purpose of this unilateral modification is to correct an administrative oversight under section 3 in regard to previously obligated monies remaining under this cooperative agreement which changes to read as follows:

The obligated and ceiling amounts are hereby increased by S2,127.95 to cover the option period. Please note that $100.00 in previously obligated monies remaining under this cooperative agreement are to be used toward the funding of this option year. As a result, the obligated amount per this modification of $2,127.95 plus the amount unspent of $100.00 equals the total amount of the option period of $2227.95. As a result, item No.15, entitled " Funding Sources" of the Notice of Cooperative Agreement is hereby revised as follows:
