lI INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the " Sealed Source and Device Workshop." This Workshop is scheduled to be presented August 24-27,199S at the NRC Headquarters Auditorium in Two White Flint North,11545 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852-2738.

WORKSHOP: The workshop wil! be conducted beginning at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m.

each day. Students will need to sign in at the main lobby of the building and again in the training room on the 3"'iloor.

LODGING: A list of hotels within one Metro-train stop of the NRC Building is included below.

You should plan to arrive on Sunday, August 23,1998 and depart on Thursday, August 27, 1998. Participants must make their own lodging and travel arrangements. Individuals should request a State or government employee rate at the hotel.
