Regulatory Effectiveness Review By letter dated July 7,1907, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission provided findings from the Regulatory Ef festiveness Review Team's visit to the Trojan Nuclear Plant, November 10-14, 1986. The letter requested Portland Ceneral Electric Company (PGE) cotuments relative to those areas indicated as r.teding attention. These conunents are attached.
