I am writing to make it ' clear that I'was'not' consulted..
prior to the inclusion of my premises-'in.the list of potential shelters, and that I do not intend to make my premises available for use as a shelter in the event of an emergency at Seabrook Station.
I request that New Hampshire Yankee remove my premises from any list of potential shelters developed as part'of any-emergency response plans in connection with New Hampshire Yankee's efforts to obtain an operating licensetfor Seabrook Station from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
I will not permit its use.for sheltering purposes.
