Dear Mr. Murley:
In reference (a), Commonwealth Edison transmitted two exempcion requests, 11.0 and 12.0, to your staff for their review and approval.
In reference (b), we provided a revised exemption request for 11.0.
Our letter inadvertently indicated that this superceded our October 1, 1987 transmittal in its entirety. While reference (b) did replace exemption 11.0 in its entirety, exemption 12.0 is still a valid exemption request and Commonwealth Edison desires its review and approval.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.
