CASE N0: RII-86-A-0067, CONCERN 2860067001 We currently have an allegation case file open wherein the 411eger claims that the crane at Harris in the Fuel Handling Building was allegedly used'against FSAR instructions. These instructions were interpreted by the a leger to sti construction-related operation prior to the actual Fuel Handling usage.pulate The no alleger says this crane in the Fuel Handling Building has been used during-construction for various tasks in an unauthorized manner. This allegation was brought to the attention' of OI:Rll during the course of an= interview conducted 'oy Investigators L. Robinson and R. Burch. 01:RI! has indicated that they do not consider this concern (within the allegation case) to be:of any investigative interest on their part, and feel.it to be a technical inspection type issue..
