Take those actions necessary to ensure that complete.documer.tary evidence -
of the "as found" condition of equipment being inspected is maintained.

Provide a step by step troubleshooting program to establistlthe root cause of the MSIV failure.

Not disturb any components that offer a potential for being the root

be provided soon enough to allow time for the team leader to assign an inspector to observe activities.
