LICENSED OPERATOR EXAMINATION REPORTS 50-266/98301(DRS);
50-301/98301(DRS)
Dear Mr. Patuiski:
On June 25,1998, the NRC completed a licensed operator examination at your Point Beach
Units 1 and 2 nuclear facilities. The applicants' license performance evaluations were finalized
on July 13,1998. The enclosed report presents the results of that examination.
Initial license examinations were administered to three senior reactor operator applicants not
previously licensed at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant. One applicant performed satisfactorily
during all portions of the examination process and was issued a license to operate the Point
Beach Nuclear Plant. The other two applicants also demonstrated satisfactory performance
during all portions of the examination process, but were not issued senior operator licenses.
These applicants will be issued licenses when you certify, in writing, to the Nuclear Regulatory
Commission that all of the 10 CFR Part 55.31(a) eligibility requirements have been completed.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its

enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
