CONTAINMENT LEAK REQUIRING COLD SHUT DOWN The Continuous Containment Leak Rate Monitor indicates roughly 0.4 weight percent / day which is equivalent to the limiting condition for operation. An orderly load reduction was initiated at 9:40 a.m. while efforts were underway to locate and repair the leak. Cold shut down will result if this effort is unsuccessful. Ese Media interest is expected because.of power availability and potential power shortage. The State of Massachusetts is being kept informed. ,
