Dear Mr. Davis:
l This letter provides the Environmental Testing Plan committed to in our letter, PY-CEI/0IE-0289 L, dated November 13, 1987.
As discussed in the test plan, three sets of Solenoids (6 total) will be tested at various temperatures, and energization states over a 92 day period, and the results evaluated.
Interim test results will be provided to the NRC, as they become available during the 92 day test duration.
