to. Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).- Revision 2 changes include:

(1)

A new job title for the Security Assistant position.

(2)

Creation of new DLC Security Administrator and Security.

Shift Administrator positions.

(3)

The physical location of the temporary trailers being used for the upcoming Sixth Refueling Outage.

(4)

Clarification on where un-escorted access approval authority lists are maintained.

(5)

Minor typographical corrections to the Base and TQP indices.

These changes' have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.

These changes,' since they do 'not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
