MOTION TO DIVIDE QEAL ABGUMENT BETWEEN COUNSEL NOW COME the Town of Hampton, New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, and the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League (hereinaf ter Interveners), and request this Board to permit Attorney Paul McEachern, counsel f or the Town of Hampton, and Robert A. Backus, counsel for SAPL, to divide the time alloted to Interveners for oral argument on Intervenor's appeal f rom the Licensing Board's August 20, 1987 memorandum and order. In support of this Motion, Interveners state:
