i On 11/12/75 at approximately 9:30 p.m. Region I, Philadelphia was informed by the trucking firm that the shipment of mixed oxide fuel from Westinghouse

...N PFDL did not leave as scheduled. Westinghouse later advised Region I that the shipment has been temporarily pos'tponed. GAo who had planned to monitor l

the shipment was advised by Region I at 10:30 p.m.,11/12/75 of r.he postponement.

Westinghouse has informed Region I that they are presently negotiating to load the shipment aboard the same vessel at the Weapon Station Pier, Earle, NJ on or about 11/17/75 and would not enter the port of New York.
