Generic Letter 95-07 [ Reference (1)] Commonwealth Edison Company (Comed) committed, in part, to modify residual heat removal system service water heater exchanger outlet valves,1E12-F068A&B, for LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station (LaSalle), Unit 1, during the seventh refuel outage (L1R07) to prevent the valves from becoming pressure locked

Design Change Packages (DCPs) 9400399 and 9400400 were completed during L1R07 to modify valves 1E12-F068A&B to prevent pressure locking.
