ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE NORTHEAST OH'O l REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT SOUTHERLY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (INSPECTION REPORT 999-90063/98002(DNMS))
Dear Mr. Odeal:
This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. David Nelson and Dr. Peter Lee on
' July 7,1998, at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District Southerly Wastewater Treatment !
Plant. The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities at the site were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies the areas examined during the inspection.
'Within these areas, the inspection consisted of observations made during a tour of the North
. and South Fill Areas located within and south of the Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant, and interviews with Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and B. Koh and Associates, Inc.,
personnel.
' No violations of NRC requirements were identified during this inspection.
