Enclosed is the New Hampshire Yankee offsite plan for Massachusetts. The plan, "Seabrook Plan for Massachusetts Cossnunities" (SPMC), Revision 0, effective date September 21, 1987, consists of 10 volumes of planning docisments and one packet of public informational material. This plan is further described in the  ;

licensee's transmittal letter of September 18, 1987.
