As stated in our March 25, 1987 letter to you, all documents pertaining to the NRC's review of such allegations have been made available to the public by placement in the NRC Public Document Room in Washington, D.C.

At this time, the NRC is continuing its efforts concerning allegations made by you, and will keep you informed of the resolution.
