Report of Change - Revision Twenty-one Docket No. 50-298/DPR-46 Gentlemen:
A revision to the Physical Security Plan (Volume I of the Safeguards Plan) is being submitted to reflect recent changes at Cooper Nuclear Station.
This revision increases the number of armed guards committed to being on duty each shift at Cooper Nuclear Station.
Accordingly, Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provision of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p), a Report of Change to the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan, Revision Twenty. Upon incorporation of this change, the current Safeguards Plan becomes Pevision l
Twenty-one. We believe the enclosed change does not decrease the l
safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material, with the exception of the cover letter, be withheld from public disclosure.
