j Contract No. NRC-04-97-036 Modification No. 6 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to change the period of performance of this contract to end on July 10,1998, and to incorporate new provisional indirect rates approved by DCAA for the period May 1,1998 through April 30,1999. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
Section F.6, " Duration of Contract Period (MAR 1987), Attemate 2 (MAR 1987)," is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following:
"The erdering period for this contract shall commence on 10/11/96 and will expire on July 10,1998. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.)" l 1
Under Section G.3, "NRCAR 2052.216-71 Indirect Cost Rates (JAN 1993), paragraph (a) is j changed to contain the following rates and their associated allocation base: !
