NRC-04-91-049 Modification No. 9 Page 2 Of 2 Based on available information, it appears that there are excess funds remaining under this contract.
The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) decrease the contract obligated amount by $4.219.10 from $419.520.90 to l
$415.301.80 and (2) decrease the contract ceiling by $4.219.10 from
$419.520.90 to $415.301.80. before releasing the contract files for closecut.
Therefore, the contract is modified as follows:

Under Section B.3. CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION. paragraphs a and d are deleted.in their entirety and replaced with the following:

(1) The total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $415.301.80 of which the sum of $394.515.80 represents the total reimbursement cost, and of which $20.786.00 represents the fixed fee.
(2) Total funds currently obligated and allocated to this contract is
$415.301.80 of which $394.515.80 represents the total reimbursable cost and
$20.786.00 which represents the -fixed fee.
